D’Exchange Pte Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for orders placed on D’Exchange.com.  D’Exchange Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained in any of our newsletters, literature, reports, e-mail correspondence, website, or any other communication from D’Exchange Pte Ltd. Moreover, D’Exchange Pte Ltd will not incur liability for errors or omissions of such communication.

However, if it is determined that D’Exchange Pte Ltd is liable to you in connection with any transaction pursuant to this Agreement, the liability to D’Exchange Pte Ltd shall be limited to the amount you paid in such transaction and D’Exchange Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential, exemplary or indirect damages.

Market Loss Policy

Once an order is submitted and an Order Confirmation (invoice number) is given, the transaction is valid and it may not be cancelled unless the individual is willing to bear the difference in the asking price based on our current ask price if any, and an additional SGD$50.00 cancellation fee. Any market gain in price will not be refunded.

Termination

You or D’Exchange Pte Ltd may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time by written notice to the other party. The termination shall not affect the rights or obligations of you and D’Exchange Pte Ltd with respect to the period prior to termination.
